Regulatory compliance. Saf O’ Me devices are supplied by JHS Visionaries Pty Ltd as an ACMA Responsible Supplier, supplier code E22233. Our devices carry the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM) and are supplied in accordance with the applicable ACMA telecommunications, electromagnetic compatibility and electromagnetic energy requirements.
Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this website limits or excludes those rights.
NDIS and aged care funding. Many participants use Saf O’ Me devices as assistive technology. Whether a device can be funded depends on your individual plan and your plan manager. Saf O’ Me does not provide funding advice. Please speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or occupational therapist before purchasing.
Privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Customer and device data is stored in Australia.
